We offer complete moving services for homes and businesses alike.
It’s easy to underestimate how much work a move will take. Next thing you know, you’re trying to get the sofa around a tight corner, realize the kitchen isn’t packed, and discover that the truck is too small. Bringing in a crew means you won’t have to chase down extra help or make trip after trip yourself.
A-1 Movers is a moving company serving Pleasant Hill, Iowa. We’ve been moving households and businesses for more than 25 years, and our locally owned company is licensed and insured. Our crew can manage moves of any size, from rearranging furniture inside one building to relocating everything across the state.
You can hire our moving company for:
- House, apartment, and condominium moves
- Office and other commercial relocations
- Local and long-distance transportation
- Packing and unpacking
- Assisted living moves
- White-glove moving services
- Heavy and unusual items
- Deliveries to a storage facility you select
We’ll plan the job around the amount of help you want. Some customers pack before we arrive and leave the loading, transportation, and unloading to us. Others ask our moving company to handle the packing as well. Boxes and wrapping materials are available for an additional charge.
To prepare an estimate, we’ll ask for your moving date, address, destination, and whether the job is local or long-distance. Quotes include a 26-foot truck with either a two- or three-person crew. We also offer free on-site estimates in situations where it helps to see the job beforehand. Contact our moving company today to tell us what you’re moving and request a free estimate.
