I had hired Ricky to move my mom’s things from assisted living back to her home. My mom had moved to the nursing home and passed away a couple of days later. So, he moved things to her home, picked up things from the nursing home, then moved some things from my mom’s house to my house which was an hour away. I can’t believe how accommodating, careful, and professional they were through this whole procedure. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Plain and simple, this is only moving company you should ever rely on. Ricky’s team loaded up my 1-car garage and 2nd floor apartment furniture and had it unpacked at our new location in 2 and a half hours. 2nd time I’ve used them (same crew) and they were outstanding both times.

Emailed back and forth to set up the move. Quick responses and helped me figure out details on cost. Moved a house and garage from storage to a raised ranch with stairs. Trey’s crew was great to work with. They got lost and showed up 10 minutes late. Called to say they were a little behind. When they got there all 3 guys apologized and got right to work. Didn’t stop for anything other than to swing into Casey’s for a drink (they asked if I was fine with that beforehand). I have antiques so I am a little touchy on moving. They did a great job. Put stuff right where I wanted it. No dings or scratches. Hoping not to move for quite a while but if I do, I will be using A-1 Movers.
A-1 Movers showed up a few minutes before schedule. They were polite and friendly. More importantly they were extremely careful! They wrapped everything in pads and plastic. They took time and didn’t just ram our stuff into their truck. They never told us they couldn’t accommodate our requests, including not stacking our furniture on top of other furniture. If all of this wasn’t enough, they provided great service DURING a winter storm. They kept assuring us “A-1 will not quit until the job is done.” We would definitely use them again!!
A+++. The gentlemen at A-1 Movers were careful, efficient, and nice. They were very flexible too. My house closing day was up in the air a bit, so we had to move dates a bit. A-1 was very helpful in that regard. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a move.
Rick & Little Rick were professional, courteous, and just plain hard workers. These guys are pros, taking the stress out of moving in a 3-location trip. These guys are the best. AJ and Tony from A-1 Movers did a fantastic job for me this week. Besides being professional, prompt and courteous, they worked efficiently and quickly without taking any breaks at all. They were very pleasant to work with, which took a lot of stress out of the move. They took special care to gently handle the treasures and memories of a lifetime which was appreciated so much. Ricky at the office was also easy to work with getting a quote and scheduling the move. The final cost at A-1 Movers was significantly lower than other places in town where I got quotes, also much appreciated. Thank you to the team at A-1 for a positive, stress-free experience. I do not know about others, but our experience was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and prompt for our move. They also were flexible to accommodate the uncertainty of our schedule due to closings on the houses. They worked hard, going above and beyond in my opinion. When they entered our new house, the first thing they did was cover the floors to prevent any damage. They took great care with our belongings, and to date we have not found any issues, unlike the last company we used five years ago during which move several items were broken or damaged; we filed insurance claims, and to date we have not heard from them. A-1 Movers was the fourth moving company we have ever used, and they were by far the best. As I said, I have no idea of what may have happened elsewhere, but our experience was great, and we would have them again if the need developed.
A-1 Movers did a great job with our move. The movers were on time and worked quickly. They worked quickly through the off-and-on rain/snow we had that day, being careful to keep our stuff outside for as little time as possible, and to lay down blankets to keep from tracking water through the house. I was very impressed with the service they provided.

I have used this company to move two separate times. Both times the movers, especially Sean, were very professional and cared about our things. During our second move, we had an issue with our treadmill being broken. Both Amanda and Ricky went above and beyond to take care of the issue. When A-1 Movers found out about the repair costs, they replaced the treadmill! I couldn’t be happier with their service. Their customer service went above and beyond what I would expect from a moving company. I would recommend them to anyone needing a moving company who will take care of your possessions and look after the details. They have earned the name of A-1!

Moving can be stressful. The team we had was thorough and very patient. We had to pick up items from a couple different locations and packed the truck. They were efficient and hard-working. No one likes moving, but they definitely helped ease the process. We’d use them again.

I contacted this company to make sure they had no affiliation with another company because I had an awful, gut-wrenching experience with the others. When I contacted this company to make sure they weren’t affiliated, the owner of the company IMMEDIATELY responded back and said they are NOT in ANY way affiliated with them. A couple of minutes later she CALLED me on my cell phone to ensure that I knew they weren’t and that they have never had any issues with their company or complaints until the other company revised their name. BUT! This company is the kindest, most professional I have ever dealt with; she treated me like I was one of her family members, and I am not even a customer of theirs…yet. I would HIGHLY recommend them based solely off of the professionalism and kindness I encountered on this chance meeting.
